COVID-19 UPDATE

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our customers. Currently there are no delays but there may be changes which would result in extra days to process orders.  

 

 WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

Your order will be processed and you will be provided with a tracking number via USPS, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking to update on the USPS website.

Orders take 3-5 business days to ship.

 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

 If you need to cancel your order please email us immediately with your full name and order number requesting a cancelation before the order has been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the order.

 

 DO YOU HAVE PAY LATER PAYMENT OPTIONS?

 Yes, we have Afterpay and Sezzle available. You can use these options when you checkout.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

 Yes, we do! Unfortunately, we don’t offer shipping to Mexico or Chile at this time.

 

ARE YOU CRULETY-FREE

 Peachy Queen Cosmetics is cruelty-free. We do not condone animal testing in any way. We do not test any of our products on animals. We also do not test any of our ingredients on animals, nor do we allow our manufacturers to do so on our behalf.

 

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HAS BEEN STOLEN

 Every order is provided with a tracking number that you can track through USPS.com If you received a notification that your package has been delivered but you do not have it, please follow these instructions. Contact your neighbors and look around your property since the mail system sometimes puts packages in other places.

Contact your postal carrier and ask if they remember where it was placed. If you don’t get any further information please contact your local post office post master and provide your tracking. They can further assist you. They will help you file a claim. You must file a claim and show proof that you filed a claim.

 

After we ship to you and it leaves our warehouse and the tracking states that it was delivered, it is out of our control what happens at your property. We are not responsible for stolen packages after it has been delivered.

 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED

 We are sorry to hear this! Sometimes the postal system can be rough with our fragile products so this does happen. We offer an exchange for the damaged product for a new one. You must show proof of the damage through a video or picture sent to us via email at heygirl@peachyqueen.com

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

 Due to the current global pandemic we unfortunately do not accept returns of our cosmetics. This is a safety measure for us as well as you the customer that our products are in a controlled environment.

 

MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER IS LOST IN-TRANSIT

 Unfortunately, we do not have control of international orders and you are ordering at your own risk. We do not reship packages that are lost in-transit after they have left the United States. We are unable to track and follow up with International orders after they have left the United States. We will not reship orders lost in-transit.

 

HOW DO I GET ON THE PR LIST?

 We would love to consider you! Please do not reach out to our customer service email. Please email pr@peachyqueen.com Please provide social media links, a media kit and a description about yourself. We will get back to you if we are interested.
